Gamesys Group has partnered with the games developer Big Time Gaming (BTG) for the launch of a new UK online casino.
The betting site, titled Megaways, will be available to players throughout the UK and offers a variety of games.
Megaways will be the third Gamesys casino, with both of the remaining two launching in the second half of the previous decade.
“Delighted to extend our partnership”
On the Megaways website, a range of BTG’s games will feature. There will also be a section for Gamesys’s exclusive games, which includes Tiki Totems Megaways among other titles.
BTG Chief Executive Nik Robinson spoke about the joint venture and had the following to say:
“We’re delighted to extend our partnership with Gamesys and work together to create Megaways Casino.
“I think the players will really enjoy exploring the games, features and mechanics at Megaways Casino – which reflect what has made Megaways such a great success.”
“One of the most popular game mechanics out there”
Alongside Megaway, Gamesys has also launched Monopoly Casino and Rainbows and Riches Casino in the UK. Monopoly Casino launched in November 2019, with the other site going live back in 2016.
In addition to a range of Gamesys and BTG games, Megaways will also give players access to numerous promotions. These include bonus offers and ‘Mega promotions’, plus daily free games.
Gamesys Marketing Director Simon Mizzi also spoke about the Megaways online casino launch with BTG. His words were as follows.
“Megaways is one of the most popular game mechanics out there, so it’s great to be able to work with BTG to exclusively develop and launch Megaways Casino in the UK – and bring a great range of titles together under one roof.”
A busy month for BTG
In February, BTG also announced another new partnership. The games supplier penned a deal with Future Anthem, which will enable the supplier to gain a better understanding of player behaviours.
Future Anthem’s AI technology can also be used to help protect players and stop excessive gambling habits.
At the time, Robinson said:
“Leveraging the data provided by Future Anthem and applying that to our games, could be a huge milestone for BTG, providing us with an opportunity to continue optimising our innovative slots. This is the first step in an important partnership that offers multiple growth opportunities that will benefit our customers and their players.”
