Design & Usability

The Spinzwin design is quite confusing in my opinion. There is no sense of a theme, and the colour scheme is a little all over the place. However, I’m generally more concerned with a site’s design from a navigability standpoint, and am happy to say that Spinzwin facilitates a smooth and intuitive user experience on both desktop and mobile. 

When you open up the homepage SpinzWin greets you with a huge range of gambling options, and manages to do so without it feeling overwhelming or disorienting. At the top of the page you have the option to switch between the casino and sports sections of the site, which helps to compartmentalise your online casino experience. Via this top banner you can also see what promotions are currently available, check out your progress in the loyalty program, or visit the help centre.

Further down you will see all the games that are on offer, and plenty of helpful filters to help you sift through the library. I especially liked the addition of a ‘Favourites’ folder, where you can store all of your favourite titles for instant access. 

Software

As touched on in the ‘Games’ section, Spinzwin does a great job here. The only major omissions I could find were Yggdrasil and Pragmatic Play, but there are so many other providers — both big and small — to keep you invested. I encourage any player to try out some of the lesser-known names on the list for something a little different.

Games

Spinzwin boasts a truly excellent games library that contains almost everything you could want in an online casion platform. This is largely due to the fact that it is partnered with some of the industry’s best game providers. The size of the library is also impressive, with more games than some of the more established UK online casino brands.

Slots

Spinzwin offers one of the largest selections of slot games on the internet. You only need to click on the ‘Providers’ dropdown menu to the top-right of the slots section to realise how large and versatile this collection is in terms of software..

All the slots you see on the site will also be available to play on both the iOS app and the mobile-optimised site, which is a massive boost. When scouring through all the different options, the only reputable games provider I noticed was missing was Yggdrasil, but beyond that you shouldn’t have any difficulty finding your favourite titles — Thunderkick II and Guns N’ Roses to San Quentin xWays and Immortal Romance.

They also regularly offer promo codes on their social media accounts that give players free spins and no deposit bonuses.

Live Casino

Similarly impressive is the live dealer section, despite the brand name suggesting slots were their bread and butter. There were 79 live dealer titles available at the time of writing, all of which are provided by Evolution Gaming and Playtech. These are two of the best in the business — perhaps the best — but it would be nice to get some Pragmatic Play games involved here.

Table Games

Spinzwin offers a decent selection of table games as well. Games include over a dozen variations of blackjack (multi-hand, classic, blackjack pro), a good variety of roulette games, and several types of poker. They also offer live baccarat, traditional baccarat, and several unique games, such as Six Shooter, Spanish Blackjack, and Odd One In.

Spinzwin does a fantastic job when it comes to payments. Currently, you can pay using debit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Neosurf, AstroPay, Payz and Paysafecard, which is about as good as it gets. That being said, their withdraw times are a little slower than many other casinos, with debit cards and PayPal potentially taking up to 7 days. Skrill and the other e-wallets, however, should be processed within 24 hours.

Withdraws and deposits are offered in several different major currencies, and withdraws are paid out using the player’s same deposit method. Minimum withdraw amounts are a little high – £ 50 for a bank transfer, £30 through check, and £20 through Skrill, debit card, and Paysafecard.

Support Options

At Spinzwin, customer support is available in the form of an email address, a 24/7 live chat and an FAQ section. These are pretty ubiquitous at UK online casinos these days, but it is always very nice to see a live chat service available throughout the day. That said, you may just be dealing with a bot if you’re trying to get some help outside of usual working hours. 

I would like to see a telephone service on offer, as this is my preferred avenue of customer support, but these options will more than suffice for the time being. When I made use of the live chat service, I asked to speak to a real advisor and was connected after a minute or two. If your query is less urgent, email the team at [email protected].

It seems quite clear to me that the Spinzwin desktop site has been designed with mobile users in mind, which is unusual considering there is a native app available to download from the App Store. At the time of writing, however, there’s no Google app available, so Android users will have to access the mobile-optimised site. This isn’t an issue, though, as I’ve found that the website is even easier to navigate on the smaller screen than it is on desktop, and you can still access all the same games.
