Design & Usability

Yeti Casino’s site is well-designed and easy to navigate, with an aesthetically-pleasing blue colourway. Various categories of games — including niche options like fish-based slots, megaways and game shows — are easily accessible on the homepage.

It’s not all sunshine and rainbows, though, and some aspects of Yeti Casino’s design would benefit from some TLC. The insistence on using different shades of blue becomes grating after a short period — especially when attempting to travail the ‘My Account’ area. Not only do the colours for the font and background clash, but Yeti’s designers included what appears to be ice sculptures behind your personal information, making it slightly hard to read.

I understand this is a small gripe in the grand scheme of things, and away from the somewhat pretentious design features I’m more than happy with Yeti Casino’s layout. By keeping things as simple as possible, Yeti makes itself accessible to a greater number of players. It’s just a shame the welcome offer doesn’t do the same.

The site is determined to offer top-class content from a limited number of world-renowned developers. While this appears a solid strategy on paper, this could be holding the platform back. Virtually every ‘bigger’ competitor provides the same games and high-quality providers, but are also backed by waves of projects by smaller teams.

None of this should take away from the quality of the available games. I won’t pretend that Yeti serves up a poor selection of releases — quite the opposite — I would just like to see some representation for the smaller software providers.

Lastly, send a message to [email protected] to hear back from a staff member via email. As the most time-consuming method, I’d only recommend this option if your query isn’t urgent. The site claims a contact form is available – but I couldn’t find one. Blow the other support options — where a contact form should be — is a blank space.

The entire customer support experience was a breath of fresh air compared to the likes of Sky Vegas. Yeti’s competitor forces players through multiple hoops before offering a method of contact – whereas this excellent operator grants players easy access to a triple-header of solid options.

As a keen mobile bettor, Yeti Casino’s on-the-go option is of significant interest to me. The site’s desktop version is slightly lacklustre on the UI side of things, so I’m pleased to report a marked improvement on the mobile front.

A footer menu provides easy access to the banking area, search bar, quick deposit button, popular games, and personal account area. The issues encountered while traversing the ‘My Account’ on desktop screen are non-existent here, with a clean, to-the-point menu providing all the information I need.
