Casino of Dreams is another site operating under the umbrella of Broadway Gaming Group, which is responsible for popular bingo sites like Butlers Bingo, Glossy Bingo and Bingo Diamond. If, like me, you have trouble finding Casino of Dreams’ welcome bonus, don’t fret! There is one there, you just have to do a little digging to find it. After getting in touch with a customer agent I was offered a £10 casino bonus plus 100 free spins, though the details of the offer could be far clearer.

It’s not a process I enjoyed and I was left a little confused by it. I’m not sure why a casino wouldn’t want to advertise its welcome offer to new players; after all, it’s a casino’s one main chance to entice players away from competitor sites. I’d like this to be corrected soon in the future.

There are blanket wagering requirements across this casino of 35x, applied to both any cash bonus and free spins winnings. This means you’d need to wager a total of £350 (£10 x 35) before you could make a withdrawal of any bonus money. And if you were to win £20 from the 100 free spins, you’d then need to playthrough a total of £700 (£20 x 35) before you could withdraw those winnings.

Casino of Dreams also enforces a £20 minimum deposit at all times, so you’ll need to part with this amount if you want to claim the welcome offer. For this reason, it’s not the best bonus I’ve ever seen – I think a £20 deposit should yield more than £10 of bonuses. The free spins are very useful, but with heavy wagering requirements attached, it’s unlikely that players will turn a profit from those spins.

Elsewhere, there was just one other promotion to discuss during my review: a 10% cashback bonus worth up to £10 on any losses of £5 or more. This bonus is available every Tuesday throughout your time as a casino member.

The standout feature in this section is the casino’s loyalty scheme, which offers up points each time players deposit and play £1, as follows:

Casino of Dreams is a relatively small casino site, making the design of the platform much simpler. It’s very easy to move around each aspect of this casino, but frankly there aren’t too many areas to explore.

Nevertheless, the design is clean and functional, with a navy-blue colour scheme and dotted starlight seemingly representing the night sky. There’s also a section committed to scratch card games for those who like those instant wins.

You’ll find the Rewards and Promos section in the top right-hand side, but I’d like to see a headline banner added to promote a welcome bonus. Not only does it provide players with the pathway to the best offer at the casino, but it’s also an opportunity to add some flair and personality to the design of the site. It’s a style many brands go for, and I think Casino of Dreams looks less exciting for its absence.

Casino of Dreams only has 227 games in its library, 223 of which are slots, while the remaining four fall under the casino’s Scratchies category. There’s no denying that this is a small games library; it’s not uncommon for casinos to pack their catalogues with over 1,500 titles, so Casino of Dreams is definitely lacking in that department.

But that isn’t to say the collection is poor. I personally think that most online casinos offer too many games to players, players who have their favourites and tend to stick to only a handful of games. Of course it’s always good to offer as much variety as possible, but it’s not a dealbreaker for me in my reviews, nor the majority of our readers.

Casino of Dreams points players towards its most popular titles, which included games such as Fire and Roses Joker, 9 Pots of Gold, Gold Blitz, Red Hot Riches, Wolf Blaze and Blazing Bison during my review. If you’re a fan of scratchies, I’d recommend the Immortal Romance and Lucky Leprechaun adaptations.

There aren’t any table games or live casino experiences at this site, so fans of roulette, blackjack, poker, baccarat and dice-based games should probably play elsewhere. I’ve got no issue with casinos neglecting these games, so long as they make up for in the slots library, but I think Casino of Dreams hasn’t quite done enough here to warrant this omission. It would be good to see just a handful of RNG table games added to offer players a more classical casino experience.

Summary

Casino of Dreams ticks some important boxes in the overall online casino experience, but there are a few areas in which it falls a little short of the competition.

I like its loyalty points structure, which is easy to follow and rewards players every time they make a deposit or a £1 wager. I’m also a fan of its cashback bonus, which feels like another promotion in favour of players on small budgets. There’s a good range of payment methods and a commitment to achieve withdrawals at speed, which isn’t particularly common at many sites.

The casino also has an excellent relationship with Microgaming, though of course this does mean that other game providers are a little neglected. This is evident in the size of the games library, which fails to reach 250 and doesn’t include any table or live casino games.
